-Operating in the DFW area: Concrete Cowboy Dallas, Concrete Cowboy Frisco, Concrete Cowboy Forth Worth, Clutch Bar Dallas, The Sporting Club, Blum Nightclub.-Started in the company as a VIP Door Host at the Concrete Cowboy Frisco location. Opened from the ground floor Concrete Cowboy Fort Worth, The Sporting Club, and Blum Nightclub in managerial positions. Operated each DFW location at some point in three year tenure.-Advanced store sales numbers, restructuring departments and modeling customer service techniques to employees.-Exemplified leadership and maintained company standards and protocols in all locations.-Mentored many entry-level associates to achieve leadership positions and quickly became leadership trainer for new store managers.-Supported back office procedures, including hiring and employment processes.-Prepared payroll and maintenance budgets for individual venues.-Reversed poor performing store by evising systems, processes, training programs, and personnel.

-Worked at multiple venues in different positons, beginning in Scottsdale, AZ at Hi Fi Kitchen and Cocktails and Bottled Blonde AZ as a VIP Door Host and Security Manager. Company moved my position to Dallas ,TX to open Bottled Blonde DTX and Backyard DTX as a Security Manager/Floor Manager.-Hired, trained, and managed staffs for both venues (25,000 square feet combined; 47 employees directly managed). Scheduled each employee and set floor charts of security working that day to best meet the needs of the venue.-Responsible for transition of venues from restaurant to nightclub, making sure security and other department staff has proper equipment for the night such as radios, headsets, stanchions, bottle presentation items. At the same time conducting and carrying myself as a manager of the venues for customer service; de-escalating any problems.
