-Worked at multiple venues in different positons, beginning in Scottsdale, AZ at Hi Fi Kitchen and Cocktails and Bottled Blonde AZ as a VIP Door Host and Security Manager. Company moved my position to Dallas ,TX to open Bottled Blonde DTX and Backyard DTX as a Security Manager/Floor Manager.-Hired, trained, and managed staffs for both venues (25,000 square feet combined; 47 employees directly managed). Scheduled each employee and set floor charts of security working that day to best meet the needs of the venue.-Responsible for transition of venues from restaurant to nightclub, making sure security and other department staff has proper equipment for the night such as radios, headsets, stanchions, bottle presentation items. At the same time conducting and carrying myself as a manager of the venues for customer service; de-escalating any problems. Providing services to customers ranging from table touching during food service, to selling bottle service tables at night
