Manage contract of all Facility Operations and Maintenance for General Mills Cereal plant in Covington, Ga. Oversee operation and maintenance of Waste Water treatment plant, Boiler systems, compressed air system, chilled water system ensuring all running optimally and within permit requirements.Oversee 41 employees performing maintenance and shipping and receiving duties for the plant.Select, manage and oversee subcontractors.Ensure all KPIs and metrics are met.Regularly attend meetings with Client and Corporate leadership ensure all contract requirements, needs and issues are addressed.Train personnel, ensure all tasks are performed safely and to standard the first time.Perform all administrative functions on site personnel hiring, firing, counseling and training of employees timesheet approval, scheduling.Ensure Maximo work orders submitted and completed in a timely manner, preventive maintenance plans are up to date and adjust where needed for plant operational needs.

Oversee all operations and maintenance for IBM data center in Boulder, Colorado a 500 acre complex with 2.5 million square feet of space in 26 buildings containing 6 raised floor data centers , 5 central utility plants and 26 MW of backup generator power

• Manage all aspects of power generation for 63 remote sites supporting US and NATO forces in Afghanistan. Oversee a multinational work force of 508 employees from 7 different countries. Maintain a density of 3500 pieces of equipment ranging from 5kw to 2MW from 56 different manufactures and 247 models never going below a 98% Operational Readiness Rate.• Work with engineers, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC departments inputting on setting up grids and identifying equipment needed.• Order required equipment, service, repair parts and tooling required for our mission and work with manufacturers ensuring specifications correct for shipment into theater, track equipment until arrival in theater and test equipment upon arrival.• Coordinate and schedule all sections needed for installation and perform Quality Assurance upon completion.• Write and set up service schedules per the manufacturer’s manual guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures, job plans, desktop guides and safety forms ensuring all standards met and hazards identified and set up in Maximo. • Perform fuel usage studies and monitor loads daily on all equipment for grid optimizing and fuel savings for the client whenever possible.• Prepare multiple monthly and weekly equipment and personnel status reports as well as presentations for corporate management and upper military leadership reviews.• Set up repair shops for all sites ensuring needed manuals, tooling, and equipment on hand.• Perform human resource functions including performance evaluations, counseling, disciplinary issues, scheduling periodic leaves. Write and give training programs to all employees and customer.• Perform site visits to all remote sites performing section assessments and visiting customers, employees and other sections ensuring satisfaction and well-being of employees.

Oversee all aspects of the power generation operation for Bagram Airfield and 10 outer Forward Operating Bases supporting 30,000 US and NATO forces
