Compliance Partner Operations is responsible for the leadership and management of Compliance process audits. Accountable for the implementation of the audit agenda, defining the criteria for audit conditions as well as execution, analysis and communication/review of findings. In overseeing the operational implementation of new regulatory changes, this role validates existing business processes to ensure they meet regulatory and/or HomeServe compliance conditions. Compliance Partner Operations also manages the Triage process that identifies, tracks and remediates customer or partner facing issues that may be identified throughout the business (keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do). This role also oversees the Business Process Re-engineering/Documentation and Business Operations Reporting teams which tie the Compliance Partner Operations role together.

Manages and oversees Salesforce project implementation initiatives including:Quadient (document composition tool) for HomeServe's Fulfillment which will allow HomeServe to independently create documents and not rely on third party vendors.Lead a third party implementation partner to build out a Lead to Sales program in Salesforce for our HVAC business.In coordination with Salesforce, executed an Envision Planning & Architecture project to map out HomeServe's future state build in Salesforce (replacing HomeServe's existing CRM).Execute strategic plans, negotiate contracts with third party vendors, track budgets (ensure projects are completed within budget), build out return on investment (ROI) statements and create and distribute weekly status reports to keep key stake holders up to date.
