Overall responsibility for the life cycle of our commissioned income across all regions that Street League operates in. I am responsible for securing income to support Street League’s programmes and ensuring that the planning and quality of our delivery is robust, and meeting internal and external requirements in relation to multi agency and compliance standards.

Accountable for the end-to-end delivery of initiatives and projects that are identified as being valuable to Street League’s work and charitable purpose. I lead and manage strategic transformation initiatives across Street League’s services for young people, and the organisation’s systems and processes. Working collaboratively with senior colleagues and external partners I am responsible for building temporary and empowered teams that are motivated to take on challenges, identify and execute solutions, and co-ordinate with the Leadership Team to ensure dependencies are prioritised and managed accordingly. I am responsible for leadership and line management of the Data and Insight Team nationally to deliver Street Leagues M&E strategy ensuring we are data and impact led to bring evidence-based impact decision-making. I lead on the alignment and continuous improvement of data collection and reporting capability across the organisation and on key projects to enable oversight and measurable impact.

Senior responsibility in taking a national lead with overall responsibility for the life cycle of commissioned income contracts and quality assurance across all regions in England. I have duty management responsibilities as directed by the Managing Director, to lead the wider Operations Management Team to achieve key operational and quality objectives. Providing leadership to Operations Managers, and the wider teams with HR processes, providing advice and guidance in relation to Street Leagues policies and procedures. Work with operations managers and delivery teams to build a culture of move fast, learn faster without compromising quality. I have responsibility as Street League’s National Operational Safeguarding Lead, supporting the Strategic Safeguarding Lead to ensure compliance with our policies, appropriate staff training and systems are in place and reporting to the Board of trustees. I am responsible for the achievement and retaining of relevant quality marks and accreditation, including: Matrix, ISO9001, Cyber Essentials.

Street League support unemployed 16-24-year-olds to move into employment using the power of sport. As a youth sports charity, we use football and other sports to engage with young people, as well as teach them the key life and work skills they need to move into sustainable employment. Our award-winning programmes operate in 14 cities and 38 local communities in England and Scotland. Within my role as Contract and Quality Manager I have responsibility to lead and co-ordinate the regional quality activities across Street League England to ensure that the Quality and Performance objectives are in line with commissioned income/contracts through robust monitoring and evaluation systems and effective partnership working with internal and external stakeholders. Support operational teams through regular and developmental feedback, support and developmental interventions that contribute to the overarching Quality Improvement initiatives of the organisation.

Coordination of Street Leagues Quality and Performance objectives in line with the various Commissioned Income/Payment by Results contracts Street League deliver on. I co-ordinated quality, compliance and performance through robust monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure compliance of sub-contracts are in line with funding regulations and audit requirements. To monitor and audit commissioned income compliance requirements in line with individual contract needs and timescales across Street Leagues England regions. Through the robust performance management and monitoring systems that I have supported in developing and implementing, provide accurate and up to date reports and information to Managers and Senior Managers on contract compliance, providing recommendations for improvements or actions where required. Preparation of PQQ’s and Due Diligence processes ensuring that Street League have rigorous and consistent approach.
