Responsible for maintaining the units Aircrew Training Program. Trains and evaluates student pilots and rated aviators in all base and mission tasks. Trains and executes emergency operating procedures for the UH-60M.

Plans flights, ascertains factors such as load, weight, fuel, routes and altitudes as necessary to accomplish the mission. Supervises the loading and unloading of aircraft to ensure load stability and balance maintain within limitations. Pilots and commands the aircraft under tactical and nontactical conditions during missions such as aero-medical evacuation, external load, cargo and passenger movements.

Responsible for troubleshooting, repairing and replacing components on aircraft avionics, instrument, communication and electrical systems. Supervises a crew of over 15 and maintains numerous test sets, tools and equipment. Prioritizes maintenance and personnel across a large fleet of aircraft to ensure no missions are lost due to maintenance. Performed as a technical inspector, responsible for the quality assurance of maintenance, forms and records and flight line safety.
