I was hired by Pangea to build and manage a talent acquisition function from scratch enabling the company to provide talent services for fast-growing enterprise technology companies looking to scale into new markets quickly. This was both a management and ‘hands on’ client delivery role. Pangea provide the HR platform and the key people across sales and delivery functions quickly leading to them entering new territories almost overnight with a strong team in place this helping them scale internationally at pace. I was responsible for the design, build and management of Pangea’s talent acquisition team.

I worked closely with founders and investors at all stages of the hiring process, from helping define their leadership requirements dependant on their situational needs and plans for the business, creating detailed and compelling candidate briefing documents, advising on the most appropriate hiring strategy and agreeing project timelines and KPIs as well as negotiating commercial terms. Thereafter I was responsible for the execution and management of these projects which would often involve working with a wider team. I worked on projects in the UK and & APAC, placing CEOs, Board members, and C Suite leaders across in commercial, IT, operations, and product functions.
