District Lodging Capital is a fully integrated, hotel investment firm targeting middle market hotel opportunities located in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and Southeast regions of the United States. Our mission is to generate long-term value for our investors by sourcing untapped, strategically located, select-service, and extended stay lodging assets that exhibit outstanding up-side opportunities.
