District Lodging Capital is a fully integrated, hotel investment firm targeting middle market hotel opportunities located in the Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West, and Southeast regions of the United States. Our mission is to generate long-term value for our investors by sourcing untapped, strategically located, select-service, and extended stay lodging assets that exhibit outstanding up-side opportunities. District Lodging Capital seeks to acquire these select-service and extended stay hotels in both the Washington, D.C. area as well as secondary and tertiary markets that are home to State Capitals, College Towns, Large Hospital Centers, Military Bases, and Drive-to Leisure Destinations. Founded in 2020 by David Duber, the firm is headquartered in Washington, D.C. District Lodging Capital is structured as a programmatic joint venture between David Duber and The Bernstein Companies/TBC Hotels.
