In 2016, Blair Richardson was brokering leases for a High rise building in New York City; it was there he was introduced to the leasing verification system. Time-consuming, and antiquated, Blair realized immediately there was a better way. A golden opportunity had presented itself and the idea for Distrix was born. After extensive research and due-diligence, the idea began to take shape. Blair partnered with James Dearing in April 2018 and Distrix was established.
The revolutionary idea behind Distrix immediately secured over $1 MM in funding, with other investors clamoring for a piece of the pie. Blair and James promptly began work on the creation of Avér, a state-of-the-art technology based verification platform set to launch in the first quarter of 2019. Avér is the first of many technology-based platforms designed to link together to address issues in the real estate space. Distrix is innovation focused on transforming how real estate is done!
