As a Legal Contract Specialist with CoverMyMeds, I am involved with many aspects of the CoverMyMeds contract drafting process. As a Legal Contract Specialist, my primary responsibilities are to provide legal support in contract editing/redlining of master service agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements between CoverMyMeds and their different business unit clients, including pharmaceutical manufacturers, health care providers, health insurance companies, pharmacies, and certain service vendors. Part of this contracting process includes negotiating the contract terms with these clients of CoverMyMeds in order to argue for and pursue certain contract terms on behalf of CoverMyMeds.As part of my position I also act as the legal liaison between the legal department and marketing department at CoverMyMeds. Part of my responsibilities included in being the legal liaison of the marketing department is to review all marketing emails and faxes from a CAN-SPAM and TCPA regulatory compliance perspective and provide feedback. This also includes reviewing other marketing materials to make sure the materials are compliant with all intellectual property marks.All other responsibilities surrounding this role include providing assistance to CoverMyMeds General Counsel in certain legal matters surrounding CoverMyMeds including, legal investigations, legal research, and certain administrative tasks.

As the Compliance Coordinator I serve as a member of the athletics compliance team that is committed to excellence and advancing the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. I work with the compliance staff on all areas specific to Bylaws 13-17 with an emphasis on Bylaw 13 in recruiting. Some of my duties include: the review and approval of all official visits, monitoring recruiting documentation, playing and practice seasons, student-athlete housing, vehicles, and employment; assisting with the completion of initial and continuing eligibility assessments; assisting sport specific staff to ensure completion of NCAA, Big 10 and institutional documentation; assisting in the preparation of educational materials for coaches, staff and other constituents; and work in a high pressure environment working with sensitive and confidential information.

I helped my supervisor answer questions regarding to the NCAA rules handbook and I completed tasks on the Jumpforward compliance website. Rules I've had experience working with has been with rule 13 regarding recruiting, rule 12 and 14 regarding amateurism and eligibility, rule 17 regarding practice and playing seasons. I also was responsible for completing NCAA hardship request forms in order for my supervisor to send to the NCAA headquarters. I also had to accept or decline ticket donation requests from NPO's. Other duties I had was to review waivers, SA agreements, and financial aid agreements as well as reviewing camp participant application forms.

My responsibilities included reading case files and preparing briefs on the cases for Crown's attorneys. I also was responsible for researching legal issues and questions and relaying that information to Crown's attorneys. I even attended witness preparation meetings and took notes for the attorneys. I also worked with some of the attorneys on a project that would get the State of Ohio to recognize National Forklift Safety Day to promote the importance of forklift safety in the manufacturing industry. I even typed up a draft of a proposal to send to the Ohio legislature. As well as all the above responsibilities I also helped get information to the attorneys working on a specific case, such as a statistical report on the statistics of accidents and the rate of occurrence of Crown's top customers based on accident reports and provided that statistical report to the attorneys to use during the case.

I work for IMG college at The Ohio State University as an intern. I help create and set up promotional activities for Ohio State and their sponsors during game days for all football, basketball, and hockey events. While working with sponsors, helping count and keeping track their sponsor signage throughout the stadium. I also help Ohio State athletics with gameday operations including Buckeye Kid Captain selection and tours, halftime operations, and post game events.

I was a PJ Boatwright Intern for the USGA working for the Miami Valley Golf Association. I worked MVGA tournaments throughout the area, including the local qualifier for the U.S Amateur Championship at Miami Valley Golf Club. I helped set up MVGA tournaments setting up sponsor signage, pin locations, and tee locations. I course marked many different courses in the area, marking out of bounds and hazards. I also worked registration at tournaments, while also being an official scorer at tournaments, reviewing scorecards of the players once they finished their round. During tournaments I was an official out on the course, a spotter, and a photographer taking pictures for the MVGA website.

Started working during my freshman year in high school as a bagboy, handling members clubs, cleaning members clubs and golf carts, and helping members with anything else they needed. Started in 2009 working in the pro shop taking tee times, selling merchandise and golf equipment, and running the pro shop while the club pro and assistant pro were out. I helped set up club tournaments and other area tournaments at the Piqua Country Club. Learned how to regrip golf clubs along with learning how to use golf software such as the GHIN handicap system and ForeUp golf management.
