• Developed a high-level Business Intelligence strategy document for the CEO and executive team.
• Transitioned PGGW Seeds reporting from old reporting platform to new platform using Microsoft Power BI. Increased Power BI Pro users from 4 to 180.
• During 2021, conducted numerous discovery sessions within the business documenting 90 Access Databases, 50 Excel spreadsheets and their interactions and dependencies culminating in the consolidation and understanding.
• Built multi company cashflow model, using Excel, VBA and world writer extracts. This reduced the amount of time accountants needed to manually prepare and present cashflows from 4 hours to 1 hour.
• Liaised with 3rd party vendor and key business owners and SMEs to a develop a comprehensive data platform and enhance data content using data lake and data bricks.
• Partnered with 3rd Party Vendor, project manager, Technology manager, and business owners to proactively understand, cost and plan new and ongoing projects (business and technical changes) and identify project impacts.

• Developed a framework for data warehouse development. This included implementation of requirements documents, functional requirements specifications, technical specifications (including user stories), prioritisation of.
• Proactively identified areas of the business which were lacking in information needs. This included developing sales order solution (the business did not have sight of sales order DIFOT for 3 years), and ensuring it.
• Prototyped datasets using SQL to be used in the development of solutions. This provided a better understanding of both data within the AX2012 R2, and the overall design.
• Enhanced AX2012 R2 security data warehouse which we developed in house, by adding the licence types for entry permissions, thereby allowing the business deeper understanding of licence types. This provided backbone of.
• By using Agile methodology, and a combination of both rapid (where the business requires a specific field).and traditional development methodologies, large scale solutions (sales order, rental solution).
• Ensured the validation, verification and testing of AX2012 development for project module within AX2012 achieved and smooth transition from excel spreadsheets to ERP system enabled without any business interruption.
