Developed a framework for data warehouse development. This included implementation of development briefs, Technical specifications (including user stories), prioritisation of work, documentation, implementation and change processesI produced Business Requirements Documents and Functional Requirements Specifications by eliciting requirements from shareholders, business owners and key users using methods (but not limited to) interviews, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, user stories, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.Self-taught business ERP solution (AX2012 R2) entity relationships and structure which enabled functional requirements specifications to be produced and allowed the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of data warehouse data sets and multi-dimensional cubes to be implemented.Build trusting and productive relationships both internally and externally to deliver effective solutions based on a deep understanding of the business processes and system relationships.Prototyped datasets using SQL to be used in the development of solutions. This provided a better understanding of both data within the AX2012 R2, and the overall designEnhanced AX2012 R2 security data warehouse which we developed in house, by adding the licence types for entry permissions, thereby allowing the business deeper understanding of licence types. This provided backbone of licence maintenance costs and provided deeper understanding as to AX2012 R2 security design issues.We use a mixture of both rapid and traditional development methodologies depending on the business requirements and nature of the development being undertaken. For quick business requirements we will use raid (where the business requires a specific field). We will use the traditional approach for large scale solutions (sales order, rental solution) development is required, and detailed analysis is required
