I was part of the Sales and Marketing team. I handled new accounts and a number of existing business clients. I followed up with my accounts to ensure they receive the highest quality of service One of my main duties was to drive sales for extra services that we offer including parking services. It was my responsibility to improve are hit rate with clients with a high vehicle count to avail of parking services on are Tags.I helped map a marketing and feasibility strategy for a number of new App's that the company is considering releasing. I have achieved all of my KPI's and personal goals since joining the company.

I managed several business accounts hardware needs. I also handled the renewals for antivirus, email protection and Firewall systems. I ran the companies warranty renewal scheme for their Apple devices. The company was an authorized apple repairer; this was a key target area for revenue. I had a target of 7k profit a month which I achieved or bettered. I gained the accreditation of VSP (VMware Sales Professional) I was tasked with selling upgrades and renewals for VMware products for existing customers and potential customers.One of my main duties was to create a database of targeted companies in Dublin. We would host business breakfasts on Cloud Computing. For these events, we had targeted different areas in Dublin and sent out an Email invitation. I would follow up with calls to companies and create a rapport with the decision makers within each business. I would ensure we had the sufficient numbers for events. My Sales manager would host these events.Due too unforeseen events in the market which directly affected the company. My position at the company became unsustainable in the climate at the time..

Hired as a sales assistant, I was quickly elevated to the position of Assistant Manager in the Sony Centre in Jervis Street. The promotion was based both on my previous experience and my ability to perform in this job. I maintained a high level of sales in the Sony Centre, despite the fragile market. Customer service was a hugely important element of my role and my communication skills and personality have helped me maintain good customer relations. My responsibilities as assistant manager include motivating myself and others to achieve our weekly and monthly sales targets and creating a positive working environment for the sales team. I helped establish the Sony Centre’s Ebay store to help remove obsolete stock company wide. My tasks in this area involve inventorying obsolete stock and gather pricing information for web sales. I liaised with Sony to return faulty products for credit and repair purposes. I was in charge of the in store repair database , which requires attention to detail and proficient I.T. skills to ensure customers receive the best after sales care possible. I continue to achieve high levels of profit while maintaining my other responsibilities.

I joined Harvey Norman in March 2009 as a salesperson, within three weeks I was promoted to drive sales in the telecoms and GPS area, which I excelled at. The company had a wide range of KPI targets from extended warranty, hire purchase sales to weekly and monthly profit targets. After three months, I sought promotion to the position of Hire Purchase Sales Manager. I felt I could increase the Hire Purchase Sales and maintain my high level of sales, which I achieved. This role involved convening meetings with sales staff to train the team on how to obtain informed consent from consumers before signing them onto a leasing contract. I approached small businesses, both through telesales and direct face-to-face contact, and offered them incentives to move their business to our company. In this role, I still maintained KPI targets and was awarded the achievement of ‘Number One Salesperson’ for extended warranty attachment in the state of Victoria in Australia which had 36 stores within the region.
