- Software development manager in charge of a team comprised of twelve fulltime employees and contractors building custom functionality for SAP and maintenance of a retail website. - Identified, negotiated contracts for and implemented third party tools that allowed the integration of a retail website responsible for revenue of $5 million per year with newly generated inventory and settlement process through a company wide SAP implementation. - Managed the proposal, budgeting and development initiative to rebuild and deploy the company’s retail website in an effort to increase ROI by $14 million in the first year. - Directly responsible for designing, implementing and managing the Exchange Infrastructure (XI) used to integrate Shane Co.'s Point of Sale system and website with SAP.

- Implemented BusinessObjects for a large healthcare payor client including initial system configuration, universe construction and custom report generation as part of a larger payor software installation. - Designed and executed a Crystal Reports 10 installation for a large healthcare provider interfacing with a Sybase Adaptive Server to generate custom reports for general patient information and financial reporting. - Lead the assessment, resource allocation, conversion and implementation of several multimillion dollar application upgrades for the TriZetto Group of their Facets payor software platform. - Developed a web service interface in C# with connectors to SQL Server 2000 and Sybase databases which extracted patient information and formatted it in HIPAA X12 transactions types 270, 271, 276, 277, 278, 820, 834, 835 and 837 as necessary for use in a real-time data exchange.- Provide technical integration direction and HIPAA compliance oversight for the implementation of MRI, CT and digital X-ray systems in a large orthopedic group to ensure proper compliance with government regulations relating to both the physical and electronic security of the new systems.

- Designed, planned and managed the implementation of a voice recognition transcription system in various small hospital systems and large provider practices including the installation of the application and database servers through the configuration of the client-side voice recognition software. - Developed several integration modules for various medical records systems in C++ and C# to allow for the seamless transfer of converted voice transcriptions into the proprietary data formats support by these systems allowing MD-IT’s software to better fit with industry leading provider applications.- Worked with the application development team to ensure proper encryption and data security techniques were implemented both in the physical architecture and data transformation and sharing aspects of the system to properly protect access to patient data in conformance with HIPAA requirements.- Provided pre-installation support to clients to make certain their existing network infrastructure and installed application base would support the implementation of the new system and offered detailed feedback as to improvements that could help overall post-installation performance.
