The main assignments of the job are :1) To Define the information strategy of the company :- Gather and analyze the needs of the business departments- Evaluate the budget and follow it.- Participate to the choice of orientations and roadmap- Define the repartition between internal resources and outsourcing2) Manage projets- Supervising and coordinate the work of the resources who works on the iT projects- Define the purposes for quality, performance, cost, timings- Supervise the planning, charges, and project budget.- Make a reporting to the IT Director and the steering committees - Evaluate the performance of the outsourcing- Ensure the communication between the business partner, the research and development team and the IT production department3) Manage Team- Recruitment- Evaluate the performance of the members of the team4) Manage SoftwareInsure the operational maintenance of the software is made by the team5) Technology WatchTo be force of proposal, follow the technology evolution for the team and for itself
