Since retirement from Talisman in 2013, I have been offering my experience to the international industry on a consulting basis. 2014 - present: Providing services to two private E&P companies working exclusively in Alaska in support of a major seismic licensing program and a Farmin and Joint Operating Agreement. In Q1 2016 the joint venture drilled two exploration wells on a basin floor fan complex of 1B bbl potential in Smith Bay off the north coast of the Alaska North Slope. Results remain confidential.

Hemisphere International ExplorationReporting to VP Global New Ventures and EVP International Exploration with annual exploration budgets as high as $1 Billion. Responsible for the negotiation and maintenance of international land and joint venture agreements with host governments/major industry partners, and providing support to exploration teams with respect to the development of the company’s international business in a diverse range of countries/regions including Trinidad and Tobago, Colombia, Peru, Alaska, Poland, Algeria, Sierra Leone, Tunisia, Somalia, the Bahamas, and the Falklands.
