I manage the Solutions team, reporting directly to the CEO. The team is made up of Product Owners, Sales Engineers, Behavioural Analysts and UX/Graphic Designers. We maintain and communicate Roadmaps for all products and processes, providing clear business cases and justifications for all development work within the organisation.

With a local Colombian collegue I established a Spanish school in two locations in Colombia. The school provides group and one-to-one Spanish tuition for visitors to Colombia with additional cultural activities and accommodation options.I was responsible for the client interactions, staffing, resources and financial aspects of the business.In additional I designed, developed, arranged hosting, maintained and promoted the site.
