Gathered user requirements and translated those into technical requirements for hardware and software implementation.•Test Lead for the Mobile Modular Command and Control (M2C2) program sponsored by ONR and the Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) M2C2 prototype sponsored by Marine Corps Systems Command and deployed to Operation Enduring Freedom. •Provided technical and operational guidance on project efforts to both ONR and individual Principal Investigators, including government scientists, commercial vendors, and academic professionals. Drafted topics for BAA, SBIR, and other solicitations and reviewed/evaluated candidate white papers and proposals. Developed and maintained spreadsheets, MS Project plans, technical drawings in MS Visio and other supporting documentation. Responsible for maintaining portfolio of MS PowerPoint briefs on all projects and developing ONR briefs. Responsible for developing an ECOC for the Urban Warrior Advanced Warfighting Experiment. Managed the technical development of the Integrated Marine Multi-Agent Command and Control System (IMMACCS) software, with a $12M annual budget and multiple subcontractors from government, academic and commercial developers. • Battle Captain for the Hunter Warrior Advanced Warfighting Experiment, responsible for executing current operations for the Special Purpose MAGTF (Experimental) and managing the Experimental Combat Operations Center (ECOC). • Training Officer for VFA-106, the Navy and Marine Corps’ east coast F/A-18 training squadron. Direct supervisor for 45 instructors and 80 students in the execution of an intricate training syllabus for new and returning F/A-18 pilots. • Operations Officer for VFA-106, responsible for the planning and execution of the daily flight operations for over 80 students, 50 instructors, 50 aircraft, and a $14M annual budget.• Maintenance Officer for VMFA-451, directly supervising over 150 officers and enlisted Marines in maintaining twelve combat ready F/A-18 aircraft. • Deployed with VMFA-451 in support of Operations Desert Shield flying combat air patrols and Desert Storm completing 39 combat missions. • Deployed with VMFA-232 as an F-4 pilot.• Senior Air Director, Weapons and Tactics Instructor, and Intelligence Officer for the Direct Air Support Center.
