Managed a virtual team of analysts located across the globe providing financial support to the Shell Lubricant Supply Chain business which manufactures, supplies and distributes Shell Lubricants Products. Provided the Vice President and Finance General Manager regular insight to the department’s performance and recommend actions to improve financial results.Team of business partners to the Logistics organisation - focused on providing transparency of costs, identifying and implementing cost saving opportunities, providing economic evaluation for network optimisation and delivering value through contract negotiation and management.Achievements• Transformed the departments Management Information and re-set the key performance indicators. The impact was more meaningful information for senior leaders and visibility of levers and drivers for the business to improve performance• CFO award nominee for my part in delivering 30% inventory value reduction.
