Accomplishments at Primesource: Given more service locations after 6 months, Reset store's cross merchandising to standard after territory vacancy, developed store relationships to increase selling space, completed over 20 resets to new planograms.Accomplishments at Kohls: Turned around the Atascocita, TX store from bottom 1% in the company to Top 30% in one years time. Accomplished this turn around thru people development, project management, and leadership support. Helped the Auburn store to rank in the top 20% of the company 5 of 7 years, trained multiple new supervisors, helped manage two stores in another manager's absence, developed career paths for several associates who have been promoted, opened a new location, named District Holiday Hero, maintained store operations to achieve low shrinkage numbers, regional winner at Great Ideas Contest.Accomplishments at American Greetings: Progressive increase in territory size and volume responsibility, managed 130 accounts and 4.4 million in sales, achieved cost to sell performance goal in 2001-2002, 2004-2006, under budget in labor hours 2000 thru 2006.Accomplishments at JCPenney: Awarded with 4 relocations of more associate and sales volume responsibility, ranked 4th out of 25 merchandise managers in store profit gain at Auburn store, Quarterly Winner in grandparents club membership contest, decrease overstock by 50% in Willimantic store, increased store profit 54% at Willimantic store, planned store's best associate night sales ever at Oswego location, trained management intern, most approved credit applications in district at Olean store.
