Responsible for the overall management of IWC’s global ambassador portfolio of 20+ talents, steering relations and partnerships with top performing ambassadors and agencies from evolving industries and business sectors including Sports, Fashion, Lifestyle and Entertainment (Tom Brady, Bradley Cooper, Dev Patel, Cate Blanchett, Adriana Lima & more…) In addition to other, the main responsibilities included the following: - contract negotiations and formulations of new and existing agreements, as well as supervision of all legal and executional aspects of the contractual terms- organisation and execution of talent’s participation during events, photo shootings, interviews, global campaigns and all other activations - maximising and initiating efficient use of digital and physical contractual assets - collaborations with internal markets on local talent strategy, supporting the global marketing visibility and outreach- planning, preparation and delivery of activation concepts and strategies - management of the department’s entertainment budget - planning and execution of IWC’s product placements in movies/series and other PR related editorial purposes, negotiating with major productions and talent representatives
