I started in the construction industry 25 years ago. Beginning with electrical work. Motors, generators, houses, restaurants, grocery stores, warehouses, and eventually, cell sites and enclosures. I picked up the RF side very quickly and was certified as a climber/rescuer by Com-train. I have had extensive experiance with sweep and PIM testing, as well as fiber testing and troubleshooting lines and antennas. I have my OSHA 30 cert. I belive in getting the job done right in a safe and timely manner. I am also CPR/ first aid, NWSA and arial work platform certified as well as RF awareness trianed. I have above average skills on a computer to include Adobe Pro, Microsoft Outlook, and Excel.I have added site acquisition work to my experience as well as contract negotiations. I have also done extensive work in bid negotiation and GC award, as well as providing support to the financial and contracting teams responsible for finalizing payments for services from subs and GCs.
