 Organise all service and product support requirements for a leading international crane manufacturer throughout WA, SA, NT, NZ and Indonesia Provide accurate diagnostic solutions to breakdowns throughout Australasia on mobile cranes, crawler cranes, marine cranes, mining equipment and fixed plant. Diagnose and repair faults using the Liebherr PLC diagnostics programming tools across all equipment on all sites, showing a high understanding of the Liccon 1, 2 & 3(DCS), PAT and Litonic programming and HMI software and hardware. Replacing old defective PLC control with new generic Rockwell automation for some machine applications, creating new DCS control networks, writing new programs and rewiring electrical control cabinets before field testing making sure to comply with all safety requirements. Rewiring plant and equipment to Australian standards across all sites. Completing an electrical contractor’s course. Provide training on all aspects of electrical control to workshop and site staff in a controlled situation after assembling extensive testing and diagnostic displays and tooling. Perform extensive familiarisation and training to customers on equipment maintenance and functional control by creating class room training packages after completing a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Establish efficient major rebuild facilities in a workshop tailored to mining equipment utilising Gantt charts and safe working procedures available to all working on jobs and customers showing step by step procedures allowing for easy understanding while using inexperienced staff in crane repairs. Provide project management for Wesfarmers and Griffin Coal open cut coal mines providing product support and maintenance to a fleet of Liebherr equipment on site  Plan and execute the delivery and site building of a 600t R996 excavator and 300t R9350 backhoe
