Maintain patent prosecution for 700+ active matters both domestic and international with emphasis on foreign applications in major markets including EPO, Japan, China, Mexico, and CanadaRoutinely prepare and file applications and responses in domestic and international (PCT) patent application proceedings and coordinate same with foreign associates and clientsRoutinely engage with clients of all sizes including small and micro entity designations and provide patenting strategies for sameCoordinate annuity payments with internal department and foreign associates during and post-prosecutionRoutinely confer with jurisdictional resources including USPTO and Manual for Patent Examination Procedure statues and similar international resources as required

Prepare Information Disclosure Statements and formality documents for submission to U.S. Patent and Trademark OfficePerform administrative duties as required including submitting attorney and staff reimbursement requests, processing vendor invoices, and IP matter maintenance requestsRoutinely handle new client files transfer and prepare review of same for paralegals and attorneys
