Giving lead to the EU team, part of Global Compliance & Documentation team that creates the documentation for European Platinum customers • Leads the EU Platinum Documentation team, involving the responsibility for delivering the tailor made Platinum documentation• Drives the team for correctness and completeness in a responsive and efficient manner.• Provides the agreed product data to the business/customers in a timely and efficient manner.• Strongly participates in the continuous improvement for efficiency from an organization and IT systems side• Works with the global 1 team for correct alignment of SAP RM (ZEUS) between 2014-2016.• Leads a team of ‘Platinum documentation’ collaborators in Europe.• Responsible for the correct product data of the assigned CSM product • Staff in 6 locations EU• Reports to the global C&D director• Closely cooperates with business, PDC, IT, MDM team, supply chain, QA, customer service departments and Sales counterparts.

Farmhouse Fare Production Site - Clitheroe

Responsible for managing the completion and maintainence of retailer specifications across the group within the timescales required, liaising and working with site Technical and NPD departments, sales, and the customer. Responsible for retailer & branded artwork, working with the necessary departments, artwork houses and customers to coordinate comments and approve artwork and advert campaigns, ensuring they are correct to the specification and legal. Advises the business and the customer where issues arise, and to keep records of approved artwork. Management, support, cover and development of the growing group specifcations team. Currently 3 technologists.Attends internal and external customer meetings and visits etc where applicable and required to keep up to date with current projects and build a relationship with the retailer.

Working in the Central Technical Team - responsible for managing all raw material specifications & supplier assurance information. Co-ordinating supplier audits and resposnible for the companies raw material testing protocol.
