Established enduring strategic partnerships with local leaders, key influencers and advocacy groups and organizations across a seven county area in West Central Texas in support of the 2020 United States Census. Conducted detailed territory analysis and developed comprehensive engagement plans and strategies to increase the population's participation in the Census. As part of the engagement program, advocated for local ownership of Census operations through the establishment of Complete Count Committees throughout the seven county area of operations.

Coordinates high level actions across the Army Staff ensuring that directorate and Army G-3 equities are defended as various implementation plans and policies are developed. Established support operations priorities and allocated available resources accordingly to accomplish all missions on time and above standard. Proactively monitored execution of organizational support service contracts valued in excess of $8 million annually and ensured organizational resource shortfalls were identified and defended for priority funding.

Supervised and coordinated the operations of a 33 member joint and multi-national planning staff in their development and production of over 1,000 combat orders directing the full spectrum combat operations of 100,000 Soldiers. Directed a team of seven in the development of plans to enhance the capabilities of the Iraqi Security Forces. Analyzed mission requirements, assembled a planning team then led sensitive operational level security planning in support of the arrival, battlefield circulation and departure of multiple distinguished visitors including the President, Vice President and Secretary of State. Established and enforced policies and procedures ensuring the complete accuracy, transparency and accountability of all cash transactions under the "Money as a Weapons System" program. Based on Army direction to transition to an Operational Reserve, planned, coordinated and authored the Full-Time Support Transformation strategy that led to a holisitc re-engineering of the full-time support force the Army Reserve.

Senior member on the SECDEF staff responsible for all facets of Reserve Component individual and institutional training. Executed the analysis and assessment of Departmental policies and programs affecting 1.2 million service members worldwide. Developed interservice solutions to training challenges to improve Reserve Component readiness and responsiveness in support of contingency operations. Participated as organizational principle attendee to the Joint Staff Joint Training Functional Capabilities Board ensuring that joint training initiatives addressed the training environment unique to the Reserve Component.

Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Senior Army Reserve Information Operations Plans officer responsible for the integration of Army Reserve capabilities across the command's mission areas. Analyzed the command’s Global War on Terror mission requirements then planned and orchestrated the activation of select Reserve Component forces resulting in the addition of nearly 28,000 man days of critical operational support while reducing the activation timeline by 60%. Developed and sourced an Army Reserve personnel augmentation plan that enabled the command to execute 24-hour operations in support of deployed forces, while concurrently reducing operational tempo on all assigned personnel. Conceived, briefed and received approval to implement the Information Operations Contributory support model establishing the framework to allow Army Reserve forces to support the command in a rotational, non-mobilized status resulting in the more efficient use of available capabilities.
