This is accomplished by preparing and maintaining a thorough and up to date activity reports via our CRM system.I am responsible for organizing and the conducting of product demonstrations including lab tests. Whether that is on site or at our Hillsborough location. It is my responsibility for the coordination, logistics, and representation of the product to customers atfield events such as conferences, seminars and trade shows. This includes assisting inevent set-up and tear-down.

I am responsible for the increase in customer productivity by organizing customer inventory to reduce search time for commonly used items. I am tasked with identifying and sourcing unique items for the customers industry and placing them in consistent locations for ease of access. Due to weekly or bi-weekly visits, my customers have what they need when they need it without sending technicians outside the facility to obtain key components.The optimization of the customers inventory is critical to the success of the relationship between the customer and Class C Solutions, placing the inventory near where the work is being done saves crucial time. The elimination of duplicate parts as well as obsolete items gets rid of clutter and increases efficiency. The research of specially ordered products for projects helps keeps the operation running smoothly.Maintaining a open line of communication with the main contact at each facility that is served. Whether it is email, text or a conversation over the phone, the customer knows that they are able to reach me and find a way to get what they need.
