I support Plan's programs in Latin America, Sub-Saharan Africa, and South Asia, working across a range of technical sectors, to generate evidence of Plan's impact, ensure compliance with donor M&E requirements, and build capacities of Country Office staff. I also work with in-country staff and our Business Development team to develop MERL sections and annexes for USG proposals. When not working on projects or proposals, I work with my team to improve our institutional capacity for MERL, including development of digital tools for data management and visualization, institutional learning plans, and impact strategies.

Provide programmatic, managerial and technical support to the USAID ASSIST Project as a part of the coordinated response to the Zika epidemic in Latin America and the Caribbean. Manage monitoring and evaluation of project activities including database administration, data analysis and reporting, and training of field M&E personnel. Monterrey Area, Mexico

Developed a monitoring and evaluation strategy for nutrition education programs implemented by food banks throughout Mexico, together with a group of SAIS students, as part of a highly competitive International Development Practicum program. Project involved an extensive literature review of nutrition education best practices, the drafting of questionnaires to measure knowledge, attitudes, and practice, the development of a training manual for food bank staff, and a scoping exercise to identify potential co-investors for expanding the program outside of Mexico.

Designed a randomized control trial and drafted a rough proposal for the evaluation of the Skills to Succeed program, aimed to improve employment outcomes for youth in developing countries through soft skill training.

Cochabamba, Bolivia

Worked with Sustainable Bolivia's local NGO partners to conduct research focused on climate change and food security in the Bolivian highlands while also studying the Quechua language.

Quito, Ecuador

Taught classes for 300+ students 6-60 years old covering a variety of topics. Contributed to curriculum development. Participated in outreach to local communities targeting out of school youth and taught nivelacion courses to prepare those students to enter age appropriate grade levels.

Answered calls in English and Spanish for the Foodsource Hotline, assisting clients with food stamp applications and making referrals to food pantries throughout Massachusetts.
