Created partnership to acquire car wash locations nation-wide with specific focus on failed investment bank roll–up strategy of the late 1990’s. Developed equity investment packages and raised partnership equity; raised debt for location and chain acquisitions; structured acquisition offers; managed partnership; involved in site-level operations including car wash, convenience store and fuel related activities.

Responsibilities included establishing a presence for LCOR Public/Private in the Northern California and Pacific Northwest markets. This included creating relationships with lenders and equity partners and networking with brokers and consultants while pursuing private and public/private development opportunities.Development product types ranged from large scale mixed use projects, transit related developments and stand alone multi-family housing opportunities.
