The broad basis of my role is the ‘policing’ of Customers Tie, via data produced by the Electronic Draft Information System and carrying out subsequent site visits where the system has been installed.• To identify priority sites through communication and liaison with the Brulines Data Audit Team.• To obtain the relevant Variance Reports and confirm suspicion of ‘buying out trends’ contained within the report.• To liaise with the relevant Business Development Manager prior to any site visits, to obtain previous/current Lessee trading history and ensure there are no unforeseen anomalies.• To undertake site visits where buying out is highlighted and whilst on-site carry out the following;• Verification of the font setup in conjunction with a Brulines Calibrator.• Cellar inspection of Brulines Equipment for any physical signs of tampering.• Physical check of all stock on-site to ensure that all products have been delivered from the correct source.• Conduct interview/discussions with Lessee in an effort to obtain admission of ‘buying out’ with full disclosure of relevant suppliers.• During interview/discussions take notes to include any verbal evidence/remarks.• To complete hard copy Site Visit File Notes for each visit undertaken and dictate the contents to the Brulines Administration Team
