I specialise in advising technology businesses and have built up a strong presence in the market helping clients develop, structure and exploit intellectual property.I also have significant experience advising Private Equity and PE backed groups on tax aspects of structuring mergers, acquisitions and investment into the UK, including tax efficient financing, post merger integration and cash repatriation.
