I’m a Partner, the head of Dentons’ Litigation and Dispute Resolution group in Ottawa and the principal contact of the National ADR Group for the Ottawa office.My practice focuses on a wide variety of business litigation disputes. I have extensive experience in investor and shareholder disputes, product liability, professional negligence and negligent misrepresentation, defending environmental prosecutions and civil claims, and claims regarding public procurement, intellectual property and confidential information. My litigation practice has involved appearances before all levels of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Federal Court of Canada. In addition to appearing as lead trial and appellate counsel on numerous matters, I act as counsel on mediations, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.
