Throughout my career, I have successfully led HSEQ&T initiatives on major capital projects internationally. My leadership has been instrumental in achieving significant safety milestones, including over 420 days of zero harm at Newmont's Akyem Project and 13M serious injury-free hours on a large-scale construction project.
