Customer service was my main focus. I was the Technical Product Training Lead before becoming the Gear Lead as well as a Key Holder for the store. I managed the gear department talking with the buyers on what is doing well and what needs to change. I also handled training new employees on the technical products that were carried there.

I was made a Trip Leader in the two years I was at Noah's Ark. Responsibilities included taking care of all the guides and customers in my group. The Trip Leader has to be smart and quick to think, as well as very technically sound. I guided river floats, backpacking, and rock climbing.
