Responsible for Motorized 2W products for the Nordic markets. Main tasks: * Forecasting the right mix and seasonality. * Commercial approach and agreements to ensure volume targets, margin contribution and SOM targets. * Develop and strengthen access to market short & long-term. Key focus on capturing growth in E-retail with high value segments. * Sell out animation including planning & executing of Nordic marketing actions and strategy. The 2W Product line is a great learning opportunity as you have the holistic responsibility form euro margin per tire with the impacts of mix to distribution, marketing and SOM.

I was responsible for the tire and rim category at KG Knutsson AB. Our main market access was via Autoexperten, a work-shop chain with close to 40 stores throughout Sweden and 430 workshops. I was responsible for all part of the business including suppliers, pricing, margin, marketing and system related areas. My biggest achievement was to take a category from being marked as "we cant make money on tires, its too fierce competition and we never have the right tires in stock" to a blooming category in terms of economics but also status within the chain. The mayor key here was that I manage to lead a change towards rebuilding our interfaces towards our customers and include current suppliers in a fast and efficient way to connect demand with current stock. In short our customer could within 30 sec find the right tires for their customer, in a waterfall system with nearest stock as first choice but all supplier with availability was presented. To make it more convenient for the work-shops we also had margin tools so his sell-out prices, with easy animation options, was presented on available stock. My first full year 2017 we reach a close to 100% growth in turnover and 25-30% improved margin. This continued in 2018 with a growth of 50% and improved margin of 10-15%. These experiences has proven to be valuable in my current role as many of Michelin customers today have similar challenges and development areas that KGK had and also have today.

Passenger car and van tiresI was working as an Account Manager for Michelin passenger car and van tiresin Närke, Mälardalen, Värmland and Skaraborg. The position means that I wasresponsible for my existing customers and constantly analyzing the market for new partners and opportunities. I was responsible for a majority of large customers and chains and the entire sales process with budgeting, marketing initiatives and objectives. I also had the opportunity of working with our leasing company customer as I was responsible for them on a SE level.

I worked with Michelins event platform covering the Nordics. My position required both administration responsibilities and working on events throughout the Nordics. This gave me more insight in Michelins different product lines and how to communicate their different benefits.
