David’s philosophy is to partner with his clients as a trusted advisor, working closely to gain a better understanding of their personal and business goals in order to create a workable strategic plan that meets their objectives. He enjoys proactively helping clients with their tax and business planning needs by building long-term relationships that grow and evolve with business and life changes. David has over 30 years in public practice and was admitted as a partner at Saville in 1992. With a problem-solving focus, he helps closely-held businesses and their owners with tax planning and compliance needs. He provides advice on a wide range of business issues including entity structure, sales and acquisitions, trust and individual tax matters. He has a strong background working closely with professional service firms especially law firms and medical practices helping them minimize income tax and improve practice profitability. Outside work, David enjoys spending quality time with his family, golfing and volunteering at his church and charitable organizations. He currently serves as Treasurer of the Autistic Treatment Center of Texas.
