My role involved assisting the existing team to further grow the unique PwC Analytics and Information Management service and solution offering to the Australian Market.

SMS Management & Technology is the largest listed Australia IT and Business services company.As National Practice Director I have P&L responsible for Information & Data Management across all regions including all major Australia cities and three Asian centres.In regard to the practice I am responsible for go to market propositions, developing prospects and pipeline, sales execution and management of the advisory services & solution delivery consulting team.Built and managed a team of 150 billable consultants.

In May 2009 SMS acquired Pelion and I took responsibility for integrating Pelion into SMS and managing the NSW & ACT operations.Building on the deep solution implementation expertise of Pelion, a broader Information Management Advisory Services portfolio was developed covering Information Management Strategy, Governance, Policy & Process, Solution Selection, Information Asset Audit, Competency Centres and Business Case. Built and managed a team of 80 billable consultants.

Pelion provided Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence solution implementation services and built a strong Information Management Advisory Service offering.Pelion built an enviable client list in NSW and was renowned for the quality of our consultants, our methods and frameworks and the solutions we delivered.Built and managed a team of 50 billable consultants.

Responsible for the establishment and management of a Business Intelligence Competency Centre, supporting all Unilever companies in the South East and North East Asia regions. The Centre supported the implementation and support of a packaged sales, marketing and financial analytic solution and underlying data warehouse.
