Started out writing original copy and anchoring the station's hourly news twice a week. Currently working on the station's "What's What" news podcast, writing and hosting on the show. Edited and produced for "Fordham Conversations," a podcast segment where we interview guests from the Fordham University community to uncover and discuss issues that impact our world, near and far.

- Pitched segment ideas at weekly editorial meetings and independently booked guests for the show- Conducted background research and pre-interviews with guests before they sit down with the host- Scripted copy for the show and prepared interview questions/materials for the show’s host- Edited audio using Pro Tools and cut segments for both the show’s podcast feed and radio- Scripted and produced narrative-based segments from raw tape

- Worked closely with the production team in day-to-day operations- Pitched ideas for the show during morning meetings, and participated in editorial meetings- Produced on-air and online air stories- Managed the needs of producers and editors- Supported the show’s host, preparing research and questions for interviews- Edited audio for the web and podcast feeds

As an intern with the Latino Heritage Internship Program, I researched the history of immigrant labor at John Muir National Historic Site. I utilized archival resources as well as secondary literature to create a report for the Cultural Resources and Interpretation departments at John Muir NHS.
