Utilize professional multi-time national championship sports platform to create strategic business relationships through diverse media, B2B, and live events among notable corporations. Prospected and closed a B2B only alliance with Strategic Education, Inc. in 2009 that is still in place without ever having a logo on a Joe Gibbs Racing asset. Worked with long-time relationship partner Monster Energy to negotiate a multi-year seven figure sponsorship of Ty Gibbs, Joe Gibbs’ grandson and rising star in NASCAR. In an effort to diversify the organization’s revenue sources, cultivated a relationship with the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians to collaborate on Computerized Numerical Control (CNC) manufacturing and Section 8(a) government contracts. Assembled leadership in 2018 to direct social media efforts within the organization creating internally based subject matter such as welding, pit crews, trucking, CNC, etc., with the intent to monetize the content utilizing existing surroundings and daily activities. In addition to partner marketing initiatives, realigned and transformed a multi-million-dollar department of the organization into a more efficient and dramatically scaled down but still effective business.

After securing the first seven figure sponsorship in professional Supercross as a hobby, MX Edge Enterprises was founded. Immediately began working with blue chip clients within action sports. Coordinate seven figure negotiations with teams, athletes, and brands. Fortunate to work with the sports most accomplished athletes including James Stewart and Cooper Webb. Planned and executed start up Joe Gibbs Racing Professional Supercross Team as primary consultant to Coy Gibbs of Joe Gibbs Racing. Closed a B2B based partnership with Strategic Education, Inc. that introduced the University to the Joe Gibbs Racing family of partners. An interesting initiative that resulted was a financially focused course taught by Harvard professors to the Washington Redskins football team and the NFL Rookie Symposium. The benefits of this free course were featured in the Washington Post and the USA Today.

As lead executive orchestrated the purchase of AdviceFrameworks by Transamerica. Managed a team of 60 professionals located within institutional client facilities across the country. Devised and constructed a groundbreaking in-house studio to allow for chroma keying technology to deliver digitally distributed client education. This digital product was unveiled to the national sales team resulting in a standing ovation. The innovation was hailed by notable industry publications Pension & Investments Magazine and Plan Sponsor Magazine among others. Played a key role in the development and delivery of sophisticated sales presentations to pension plan executives managing $250 million to over $1 billion in assets. Regularly requested speaker at client conferences as well as industry gatherings.

Recruited as a Principal to assist in building a financial advisory application for retirement plan sponsors. Played a key role in securing a strategic partnership with Intuit and then created and launched the “Quicken 401k Advisor” on Quicken.com and AOL.com. Yahoo Internet Life Magazine named the site as one of the top 100 sites for 2001, Business Week called it "a killer tool", and Money Magazine selected it as one of "The Best of The Web.” Redirected the firm as a B2B directive and branded it “AdviceFrameworks” to better extend the flexible “framework” in which customized financial advisory sites could be inexpensively provided to multiple retirement plan providers.
