Led a division of 13 technicians in the successful completion of four major Fleet Synthetic Training and 11 Ballistic Missile Defense exercises. In preparation for these exercises, streamlined processes to enable uninterrupted operations, despite the loss of more that 50% of the subject matter experts, rapidly identifying, troubleshooting and restoring communication system failures. Administrated the network hardening, installation of over 20 security patches and was directly responsible for implementing all information assurance vulnerability alerts ensuring timely reporting and 100% compliance. Coordinated and managed 11 personnel in the technical refresh of two networks installing 80 monitors, 74 hard drives, 50 computers and 8 servers while completing the project ahead of schedule. Ensured the integrity of the department's Electronic Key Management System Program by maintaining 100% communications security accountability for 118 line items with zero discrepancies.

Managed the completion of 259 performance assessments of 13 contractors ensuring strict adherence to the $4.6M Antenna Maintenance annex of the BOS contract. Led the team in the successful completion and documentation of 1,462 preventive and 32 corrective Antenna Maintenance actions. Managed test equipment inventory and calibration consisting of 344 pieces of electronic test equipment with such proficiency as to save the Navy a documented $93K in calibration costs with zero down time. Supervised the operation of 77 communications circuits resulting in a 99.8% availability rate. Coordinated the DISA Satellite Communications Timing and Sync, DISA Performance Evaluation, Enhanced SATCOM Efficient Modem and High Frequency Global Communication System Phase Four upgrade and installations.
