Data drives change. Without good data (or at least a good understanding of its foibles) you can't plan ahead and instigate the change you want to see in your organisation. That's where you'll find me: embroiled in a line-by-line data-cleansing exercise to produce the figures, trends and visuals that I will then interpret to give you a steer on where the organisation should be heading in the future.Outside of work i'm all about bikes, beer and family.
