I'm a problem solver, someone who likes who find solutions by staying out the box in order to see the angles. Also, I am driven to learn either new techniques or to refine the ones I already do. I believe that satisfied customers make for a satisfactory work environment.I've been in manufacturing for over twenty years, in a variety of roles. This has helped to see the realities beyond the numbers and analytics. During this time, I've been a maintenance technician, doing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting. A couple of solutions that I am proud of is designing and implementing guards to reduce sensor damage and replacement, as well as finding a more cost-efficient lighting solution for a warehouse.While I've grown and enjoyed the challenges of manufacturing, and still have much to offer in that industry, I am looking to pivoting back to IT, in either a support or testing role. I have started taking testing classes online, and been catching up on IT news and developments.
