World class products include The Raiser's Edge NXT, eTapestry and everydayhero.Based at Blackbaud Europe, I am responsible for identifying and engaging small and growing charities and not-for-profit organisations. I liaise with these organisations about their mission and fundraising strategies, and advise them on the significant advantages of using eTapestry; Blackbaud's innovative and cost effective, online fundraising solution. On top of this I help lead the strategic development of the AAE team, focusing on areas of success and improvement to help drive the early stages of eTapestry New BusinessThe position requires in depth knowledge of the sector, CRM systems, technology trends, Blackbaud's entire portfolio of products and the challenges not-for-profit organisations face.
