• Acquisitions: Coordinating with series editors and other contacts to seek and sign authors to Environmental book list.• Author Management: Maintaining regular contact with authors while they are writing, providing assistance and publishing process information.• Proposals: Writing publication proposals for potential new book projects and submitting them for approval in weekly Pub Committee meeting.• Liaison: Working with Production concerning books currently in production, with Marketing regarding proofing and approval of marketing materials and catalogue listings for new books, and with authors postpublication regarding reprint corrections and published book reviews.• Backlist management: Advising on reprints, reorders, and marketing opportunities for existing volumes.ACHIEVEMENTS➢ Signing of six book projects for the Environmental/Engineering book line and six revisions of earlier editions as a Taylor and Francis Associate Editor.

Soliciting reviews of proposed manuscript projects from professors and industry professionals and preparation of proposal and marketing launch documents for editors.

Developing and delivering million-dollar sales proposals and RFP (request for proposal) responses in support of the Sales Team as well as creation of technical literature in support of the sales process.

• Maintenance of existing documentation for Ecometry software suite, ensuring that information is correct and up to date• Writing overview summaries of latest modifications/enhancements to Ecometry system for review by management• Writing in-depth release notes on latest system modifications/enhancements for distribution to clients and circulation at annual Client Conference• Incorporation of modification/enhancement information from release notes into latest version of documentation• Editing and formatting of completed documentation modules, as well as module conversion to Acrobat PDF files for assembly into final documentation CD master copy• Ground-up creation of new free-standing documentation for newly created Ecometry features (optional modules, features, etc…)
