Test development included collaboration with multiple teams to define a broad set of complex customer requirements and expanded from retrospectives. Tests were effective enough to become required, provided go/no go decisions, and improved the quality of product delivered to developers. - Expanded our Android 3rd party remediation scope from handling a few issues per week on a spreadsheet to handling ~500 issues per year, moving bug management form a spreadsheet to a bug database for better tracking and metrics, and reported out weekly to the Android Enabling PXT. Drove teams in PRC to assist in local app triage and remediation. - Triaged and remediated many critical issues on Android, working closely with internal teams to deliver detailed information to ISVs, communicating directly with the ISV and other external customers as need to quickly resolve these escalations.
