I am the UK Head of Restructuring at Kroll, a global financial services business. We have 3 offices in the UK located in London, Birmingham and Manchester.I head a team who have extensive experience in finding solvent solutions, refinance opportunities and managing complex turnaround situations. Whilst at Kroll I undertook a secondment within the Risk department of a UK Bank helping to restructure debt for mid-market Companies.We are a Panel Firm and regularly work with all the Major Banks and Asset Based Lenders to help support customers and management teams through difficult and challenging times. We also work Private Equity and other key stakeholders such as creditors and HMRC in order to stabilise a business whilst a longer-term solution is found. We have significant experience in agreeing formal Time To Pay arrangements with HMRC as part of a wider turnaround solution with an excellent track record of success.The team also regularly work with the clients of Accountants and Lawyers in providing options and restructuring solutions.Prior to joining Kroll I held the position of Finance Director within a UK fast track 100 company.Current positions and Qualifications:North West ACCA panelMember of the Institute for TurnaroundI am a Fellow of the ACCA and hold the CPI qualification in Restructuring.
