After a successful career in Information Technology and Finance, I am pursuing my passion for brewing quality craft beer. I have recently accepted a position at Levante Brewing Company in West Chester, PA.My experience in the beer industry includes retail and wholesale positions, a beer marketing venture, some home brewing, and a brewing certificate in 2022 from Cornell University. Previously, I worked at Victory Brewing Company as a Brewer working in the Cellar supporting a 220-barrel brew house with 20 fermentation tanks and 6 bright tanks. I was responsible for filtration, clarification, dry hopping, carbonation, flavoring, and yeast maintenance as well as all CIPs and COPs of tanks, lines, and vessels.
