In 1985 I set up FJ Systems as a Software Consultancy Service and Turnkey Software development company. After many years our objectives changed from being a service business (in which we could only earn as much revenue as the number of consultants), to the idea of creating software products.Having sold FJ Systems in 1996 and worked for Motherwell Information Systems for 5 years, I then set up two companies, Percipient and Compliance Control.With Compliance Control Ltd. we had the idea of ComplianceControl Centre and gradually through prototypes, pilots, enhancements in technology, we now have a product and are ready to goto market.In particular the recent enhancements in hardware and software, and the introduction of cloud computing/hosting, has provided a real opportunity for us and our focussed SME market. We can now provide a completely validated and compliant electronic Quality and Document management system to the life science and other similar SME's at a price that they can afford. We have removed all objections from an SME replacing a paper QMS with an Intergrated electronic QMS.Software as a Service now means they do not need to invest in hardware and infrastructure and can pay on a per user per month basis, with no large financial capital outlay and cash flow issues.Most SME organisations have an IT system for Finance and an IT system for Sales/CRM... however Quality, Compliance and Validation have been the poor relation and organisations have had to put up with a combination of paper based systems, spreadsheets and adhoc disintegrated databasesNot any more !Specialties: Integrated Electronic Quality and Document Management System, ComplianceControl Centre, Validated in line with UK MHRA and US FDA guide lines
