Job description:On the Day:-Reporting ,supporting and rectifying all on the day deployment build issues. ensuring smooth on time and as built sites to a professional standard in readiness for hand over to the customer QA:-Reporting to the Project director, my role as the QA Manager is to ensure that the policies, procedures and processes are constructed, agreed and implemented at the project level in a consistent manner. During my tenure it has become evident through 3 rd party auditing that I have improved the quality across Vodafone Projects in relation to HUAWEI TECHNOLOGIES, throughout the UK, by almost 75% .I continue through regular reviews to endeavour to continue this trend throughout this major 4G beacon role out, which covers up to 20 different and demanding work streams. I have also designed/implemented a comprehensive training course resulting in more competent engineers across all disciplines working throughout the project

BBC WORLD SERVICE: Audit of all overseas broadcast sites Reported direct to BBC W/S broadcast manager, as directed by the remit below my observations & recommendations in the following areas.The remit for all overseas BBC W/S sites was as follows:• Familiarisation of site infrastructures through direct discussion with site staff• Audit of the antenna maintenance procedures & records• The completion of inspections to all Antenna infrastructures & associated maintenance equipment including all towers & masts• Audit of all Health & safety on site & analysis of its compliance to current legislation• Completion of audit reports with recommendations, supported by photographic recordsOct 05 to Aug 07 BBC-WS Clerk of Works for the antenna refurbishment project undertaken at BEMRS, Zygi, Cyprus. Reported directly to the BBC Project Director & am responsible for the following activities listed below.• Participating & when necessary chairing/circulating minutes from the weekly site Safety & Progress meeting attended by all site agencies. • Liaise with the contractors Safety representative & site Operations Staff so as to Monitor & maintain safe RF Levels within the designated project areas in accordance with current legislation • Where necessary install top loading measures in order to maintain these safe RF levels. This reduced loss of MF transmissions from BEMRS. Achieved with the close association with the BBC Antenna design consultant of the top loading arrays.• I was then responsible for the implementation of these designs• Ensuring that all site & project staff maintains a safe working practice & that all plant & PPE comply with the relevant policies & legislations.• Inspection & verification of conformity of all the project work carried out by the contactor. • The logging & verifying that all nonconformities were correctly resolved before handover.
