During my tenure I was promoted five times and my responsibilities in these jobs included assuring the quality of Merrill Lynch's priority client statements for more than forty branch offices in the U.S. Assisted in the supervision of 10 Plan Administrators, and responsible for training all new employees. Responsible for the accurate distribution of funds to over 2000 middle market plans. Assisted both marketing representatives and direct plan team members in understanding current system capabilities and identified possible function upgrades and problems.
